Artículo único. El personal de Jefes y Oficiales de la guardia de Palacio presidencial será el siguiente: Un Comandante, Teniente Coronel, Faustino Pomar, á quien se asciende á este empleo, con noventa pesos de sueldo mensual; Dos Edecanes, Sargento Mayor Calixto Medina y Capitán Dámaso Angel, con ochenta pesos cada uno; Dos Adjuntos, Capitanes Jacobo Ospina y Luis M. Quijano, con sesenta y dos pesos cada uno; y Cuatro Carteros, señores Apolinar Neira, Salustiano Leguisamón, Pedro I. Peña y Andrés Vásquez, con treinta y dos pesos cada uno.
