PREVARICATO POR ASESORAMIENTO ILEGAL. El que ilícitamente asesore, aconseje o patrocine a persona que gestione cualquier asunto en su despacho, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a tres (3) años, multa de quinientos a diez mil pesos e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas hasta por el mismo término.
