Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 211 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 211. Abandono legal. Una vez recibidas las mercancías y vencidos los términos establecidos en los artículos 98, 104, 112 y 115 de este decreto, sin que las mercancías hayan sido declaradas bajo un régimen aduanero de importación y obtenido el levante y retiro, o se hayan sometido a uno de los destinos aduaneros de destrucción, abandono voluntario o reembarque, procederá el abandono legal” .
