Facultad para proveer financiamiento. Se faculta al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para proveer el financiamiento a que hace referencia el numeral 5 del articulo 4 del presente Decreto legislativo. Igualmente, podrá otorgar subsidios a tasas de interés, garantías, entre otras siempre que se requieran para atender los objetivos del presente decreto legislativo.
