º . Establecer un gravamen arancelario del cinco por ciento (5%) para la importación de cajeros automáticos clasificados por la subpartida arancelaria 8472.90.50.00.

Parágrafo

El gravamen arancelario establecido en el presente artículo entra en vigencia a partir del 1º de enero de 2009 y modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 1º del Decreto 4589 de 2006 o las normas que lo sustituyan.
