Artículo segundo. En desarrollo del artículo 22 del Decreto Ley número 2370 de 1968. Señalase como fecha de iniciación de actividades del Instituto Nacional de provisiones INALPRO el primero (1º) del agosto de mil novecientos sesenta y nueve (1969).

Parágrafo

El Instituto presentará para aprobación del Gobierno Nacional y dentro del término fijado en el artículo 45 del Decreto-ley 3130 de 1968. los proyectos de organización y estructuración internas que garantice su cabal funcionamiento. En tanto el Instituto cumpla con este ordenamiento, continuará funcionando de conformidad a las normas que rigieron la marcha del Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales que por el presente Decreto a substituir
