La incorporación de los funcionarios a los nuevos cargos que se crean en el presente decreto, se efectuará en la siguiente vigencia presupuestal, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia. Mientras se efectúa dicha incorporación los funcionarios continuarán ejerciendo las funciones y devengando la remuneración correspondiente a los empleos que actualmente desempeñan.
