º . Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 3119 de 1997, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 1 º. Renglones calificados de contrabando masivo. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 88-1 del Estatuto Tributario, se consideran como productos importados que corresponden a renglones calificados de contrabando masivo las siguientes mercancías: televisores, equipos de sonido, radios, neveras, lavadoras, cigarrillos y bebidas alcohólicas."
