En toda empresa de construcción oficial o particular se pagara como auxilio de cesantía a sus trabajadores una indemnización de tres jornales por cada mes de trabajo. En ningún caso recibirá el trabajador menos del salario de una semana por concepto de cesantía.

Parágrafo

Se entiende por empresa de construcción, tanto oficiales como particulares la que emplee en forma constante veinte (20) o más asalariados.
