Constituida la reserva de caja, los dineros sobrantes girados a todas las entidades con cargo al Presupuesto Nacional, sin ninguna excepción serán reintegrados a la Tesorería General de la República a más tardar el 1° de marzo, con la refrendación del ordenador del gasto, del Jefe de la División Delegada de Presupuesto y del Auditor ante el organismo o entidad respectiva.
