Las afiliadas a que se les conceda la licencia por maternidad de que trata la Ley 53 de 1938, tendrán derecho, durante la licencia de ocho semanas, a un auxilio por maternidad equivalente al total del sueldo que devengue en el cargo que desempeñan.
