º . El Gerente General del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente Decreto mediante resolución y ubicará al personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas trazados.
