Art. 49.° Cuando en una oficina nacional se reciban cuadernos o folletos impresos sobre un mismo asunto, rotulados a distintos individuos, serán entregados en propia mano al interesado, para evitar los fraudes que se pretendan cometer. Caso que no se les pueda dar curso de conformidad con la disposicion anterior, serán destinados al archivo de la oficina respectiva.
