Art. 241. La única via para el comercio de tránsito de mercancías estranjeras importadas por la Aduana de Cúcuta para la del Táchira en Venezuela, es la de uso público i comun para el tránsito de las jentes por la juridiccion de la via del Rosario con direccion a la de San Antonio.
