DE LA OBLIGACION DE DENUNCIAR LAS FALTAS DISCIPLINARIAS CONSTITUTIVAS DE DELITO PERSEGUIBLE DE OFICIO.Cuando en el curso de la investigación se establezca que los hechos objeto de la investigación disciplinaria pudieran llegar a constituir delitos perseguibles de oficio, el investigador deberá ponerlos en conocimiento de la autoridad competente, remitiéndole los elementos probatorios que corresponda.
