Art. 7.° Los capitanes de buques que conduzcan mercancías de Panamá a los puertos del Pacífico, deberán formar el sobordo prevenido por el Código de Aduanas, i que será certificado por el Administrador de Hacienda de Panamá.

Parágrafo

Cuando los cargamentos procedan directamente de los puertos de Europa, o de los Estados Unidos, los introductores tienen el deber de presentar en los puertos del Pacífico las facturas orijinales del lugar de la primitiva procedencia.
