Comité de dirección. El Comité de Dirección, estará integrado por el Director General de la Red de Solidaridad Social, quien lo presidirá, el Subdirector General Técnico, el Subdirector General Administrativo y Financiero, los Directores Técnicos, el Jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno, los Jefes de las Oficinas Asesoras y los Asesores de Gerencia, estos últimos según sean convocados por el Director General. El Comité de Dirección cumplirá las funciones que le sean establecidas en el acto administrativo que lo reglamente.
