Desde la promulgación de la presente Ley los terrenos baldíos de la zona bananera de Santa Marta, del Departamento del Magdalena, podrán ser adjudicados en los términos y mediante la tramitación prescritos en la Ley 47 de 1926 . De consiguiente tales terrenos no podrán ser ocupados ni adjudicados, directa ni indirectamente, en extensiones mayores de veinte hectáreas.
