Autorízase a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales -DIAN, para situar los aportes que le correspondan como miembro del Centro Interamericano de Administradores Tributarios CIAT. Para estos efectos, el Gobierno Nacional apropiará anualmente la partida Centro Interamericano de Administradores Tributarios -CIAT.
