Quienes tengan asociación profesional o comunidad de oficina con miembros de la Junta Directiva o con el Director, o sean consocios, excepto en sociedades anónimas, están asimismo inhabilitados para celebrar los actos y contratos prohibidos a aquellos. Para los funcionarios expresados y los demás del Instituto regirán las mismas incompatibilidades en cuanto no sean contrarias a las aquí señaladas.
