Artículo tercero. La indicada suma será girada al Tesorero Comisarial del Putumayo con sede en Mocoa, quien sin perjuicio de las cuentas que debe rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, informará al Ministerio de Gobierno sobre la inversión de los fondos dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a aquel en que ella se haya terminado.
