Artículo primero. En desarrollo del Decreto legislativo número 4 del corriente año, se autoriza al Gobierno para que contractualmente traspase a título de venta al Departamento del Huila, por el precio que figura en el inventario y no por el de avalúo comercial, la hacienda denominada "San Julián", en el Municipio de Pitalito, con superficie de 600 hectáreas y 344 metros cuadrados, adquirida por la Nación según la escritura número 298 de 27 de septiembre de 1952 de la Notaría de Pitalito.
