º. El Instituto Colombiano de Cultura promoverá en el país la celebración de exposiciones y ferias de libros. Organizará anualmente una Semana Nacional del Libro, con ferias, exposiciones y otros actos culturales que se celebrarán en las principales ciudades y poblaciones del país. Cuando lo considere de interés nacional, colaborará con el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones "PROEXPO" para la participación del libro colombiano en

exposiciones internacionales.
