Art. 2.° Todo Jefe u Oficial en comision o que tenga derecho al ausilio de bagajes conforme a la lei, debe solicitarlos de las autoridades de los Estados, por donde transite, siéndole obligatorio el pago previo de los fletes, de conformidad con las cuotas fijadas en este decreto.
