Ingreso De Suboficiales Al Nivel Ejecutivo

ARTICULO 9º. INGRESO DE SUBOFICIALES AL NIVEL EJECUTIVO. Podrán ingresar a la escala jerárquica del Nivel Ejecutivo los suboficiales en servicio activo que lo soliciten, de acuerdo con las siguientes equivalencias

Cabo Segundo y Cabo Primero, al grado de Subintendente;

Sargento Segundo, al grado de Intendente;

Sargento Viceprimero, al grado de Intendente Jefe;

Sargento Primero, al grado de Subcomisario;

Sargento Mayor, al grado de Comisario.

Parágrafo

El ingreso de los Suboficiales a este nivel, se hará en estricto orden de antigüedad en el grado, de acuerdo con las disposiciones que para tal efecto presente a consideración del Ministro de Defensa Nacional el Director General de la Policía Nacional.
