El Artículo 18 de la Ley 2ª de 1932, quedará así: al agraciado con pensión de jubilación que entrare a desempeñar un cargo remunerado por el Tesoro Público, se le suspenderá el derecho a percibir su pensión mientras estuviere devengando el sueldo que ha dicho cargo corresponda, en el caso de que este exceda de cien pesos ($ 100- 00) mensuales. Esta disposición se aplicara también en el caso de que el agraciado contratare sus servicios personales para que le sean pagados por el mismo Tesoro Público.
