° La comisión del escalafón de antiguos militares inscribirá en el escalafón especial, en cuadro separado, a los veteranos fallecidos antes de la vigencia de la ley 7a., a solicitud de los interesados que acrediten ante ella el grado militar del causante y los servicios prestados por este.
