De conformidad con el artículo 7°. de la Ley 50 de 1910, auxiliase la Carretera Central del Norte que partiendo de Bogotá y pasando por Tunja, Soata y Pamplona va a Cúcuta, con la suma de trece mil pesos ($13,000) mensuales. Esta cantidad se entregara a las Gobernaciones respectivas en la siguiente proporción: A Cundinamarca$3.000A Boyacá$4.000A Santander$3.000A Santander del Norte$3.000
