Desagregación tecnológica. En desarrollo de lo previsto por el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 21 de la Ley 80 de 1993, se entiende por desagregación tecnológica el proceso dirigido a descomponer los proyectos de inversión que puedan implicar la contratación de bienes de procedencia extranjera, en sus diferentes elementos técnicos y económicos con el objeto de permitir la apertura de varias licitaciones para su ejecución buscando la participación de la industria y el trabajo nacionales.
