Fuera de los casos mencionados en los dos artículos anteriores, la fuerza probatoria del dictamen pericial, en cuanto a las presunciones, inferencias, juicios y deducciones que se hagan, se aprecia por el Juez conforme a las reglas de la sana crítica y tomando en cuenta la calidad, fama e ilustración de los peritos, la imparcialidad con que desempeñen el cargo, la confianza en ellos manifestada por las partes y la mayor o menor precisión o certidumbre de los conceptos y de las conclusiones a que lleguen.
