El Instituto tendrá, además, un Subgerente, nombrado por la Junta Directiva, quien reemplazará al Gerente durante las faltas temporales o absolutas y en los demás casos en que el Gerente expresamente le delegue las funciones, y desempeñara así mismo, todas aquellas que le fijen la Junta Directiva y los reglamentos del Instituto.
