Prohibición de la referencia en carnés. Sin perjuicio de las medidas sanitarias de carácter individual a que haya lugar y del derecho que toda persona tiene a obtener certificado de su estado de salud cuando lo considere conveniente, se prohíbe la exigencia de carné o certificado con referencia a Enfermedades de Transmisión Sexual, incluida la Infección por el Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH).
