Art. 5°. Los útiles, aparatos i materiales necesarios para la construccion, ereccion i perfeccion de la línea telegráfica que trata de establecerse por medio de la presente lei, no causarán derechos algunos, ni municipales ni del estado, i la empresa do dicha línea telegráfica gozará de esencion de todo impuesto municipal i del estado, por el término de treinta años.
