° Desarrollo de la asamblea. Cumplidos los requisitos previstos en los artículos anteriores, el empleador deberá abstenerse de ejecutar actos tendientes a impedir o dificultar la celebración de la asamblea, y los trabajadores de afectar con ella el desarrollo de las actividades de la empresa.
