ARTICULO 15. De la vigencia. Este Decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga en lo pertinente los artículos 32 a 39 del Decreto-ley 2400 de 1968, 171 a 179 del Decreto 1950 de 1973, 1 a 6 y 13 del Decreto 752 de 1984, el Decreto 614 de 1968 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
