Articulo 4° Las resoluciones que dicte la Superintendencia Nacional de Importaciones, ya sea para modificar la lista de articulos de necesaria o no necesaria importación o las nomas reglamentarias del control que se establece porel artículo 1°de este Decreto, requerirán para su validez la previa aprobación del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
