SUPLENTES. El suplente reemplazará al principal en sus faltas absolutas o temporales. Se entiende por falta absoluta la muerte, la renuncia del cargo legalmente aceptada, o la ausencia por cualquier circunstancia por un período mayor de tres (3) meses. En el evento de la falta absoluta el suplente reemplazará al principal hasta el momento en que la autoridad competente designe el principal. Sección III PRESIDENTE DE LA COMPAÑIA
