Recolección de residuos acumulados por el barrido manual de calles. La recolección y el transporte de los residuos sólidos provenientes del barrido manual de calles deben efectuarse el mismo día del barrido, preferentemente mediante un servicio especial de recolección para este tipo de residuos. Los residuos de barrido no podrán permanecer en las calles por más de doce (12) horas.
