Art. 13. El Fiscal de la Corte Suprema de justicia será elejido por el Congreso, i durará cuatro años en sus funciones.

Parágrafo

: En los casos de falta absoluta o temporal del Fiscal de la Nacion, el Poder Ejecutivo nombrará el que deba reemplazarlo.
