Artículo único Ratíficanse los siguientes Decretos de carácter legislativo, expedidos por el Presidente de la República durante el estado de sitio, en el Ramo del Tesoro, los cuales seguirán rigiendo con fuerza de ley:

El número 25 de 1905 (30 de Enero), por el cual se dictan los Presupuestos de Rentas nacionales y Gastos para la vigencia económica de 1905 y 1906; el número 49 de 1905 (9 de Marzo), por el cual se reforma el Presupuesto nacional de Gastos para la presente vigencia de 1905 y 1906.
