La Asamblea General de Propietarios se reunirá extraordinariamente cuando así lo exijan las necesidades del edificios o conjunto de edificios, en cualquier día, por convocatoria del administrador o revisor si lo hubiere o por un número plural de propietarios que represente por lo menos el diez por ciento (10%) de la totalidad de coeficientes de copropiedad, o de los porcentajes de participación, en su caso.
