Artículo sexto. Bajo la dirección del Procurador General, el Procurador Delegado para la Vigilancia Administrativa tiene a su cargo el registro del personal de empleados y funcionarios necesarios de todas clases; averigua y estudia las quejas que por mala conducta, ineptitud manifiesta, abuso o exceso de funciones, negligencia o cualquiera otra causa semejante, se presenten contra funcionarios públicos, y cuando fuere el caso, impondrá la sanción correspondiente o pasará la acusación a quien corresponda la consiguiente investigación judicial.
