CALIFICACIONES Y ASCENSOS. Los Suboficiales a que se refiere el artículo anterior, serán calificados y clasificados como Suboficiales alumnos, conforme lo estipula el Reglamento de Calificación y Clasificación y podrán ascender, durante su permanencia en la Escuela de Cadetes de Policía General Santander, dentro del escalafón de Suboficiales, previo concepto favorable de la Dirección del Instituto.
