Articulo 3º Derogase el artículo 6º del Decreto 895 de 1980 el cual establece un gravamen preferencial del 10%, adv-valorem para las fibras de vidrio de filamentos continuo en un contenido de oxido de circonio mayor del 10% en peso, clasificables por la posición 70.20.03.01. A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto estos pagaran el 20% establecido para la posición 70.20.03.01.
