SEPARACIÓN ABSOLUTA. El Agente de la Policía Nacional que sea separado del servicio en forma absoluta durante la vigencia del presente Decreto, tendrá derecho a las prestaciones sociales a que haya lugar por razón de su servicio, pero no tendrá derecho a ser dado de alta en tres (3) meses para la formación del expediente de prestaciones sociales.
