º . Bajo el Sistema de Licencia Anual podrán tramitarse importaciones de carácter reembolsable, en los términos y condiciones establecidos por la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, y de carácter no reembolsable cuando se trate de donaciones otorgadas a las entidades beneficiarias de la Licencia Anual, en desarrollo de convenios o acuerdos internacionales.

Parágrafo

Cualquier modificación a los plazos o condiciones del reembolso deberá tramitarse, a través de solicitud de modificación, ante el Comité de Importaciones del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior o la entidad que haga sus veces.
