Articulo primero: La Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia es la entidad del Estado que tiene la función de coordinar, reglamentar y controlar, de acuerdo con las autoridades competentes, el desarrollo urbanístico dentro de las áreas de los recursos turísticos nacionales, función que ejercerá como se determina en los siguientes artículos.
