Para el pago de los servicios de que trata el artículo anterior, se requiere como requisito indispensable el que las respectivas cuentas de cobro sean visadas previamente por los funcionarios encargados de visitar en cada lugar dichas oficinas, según lo dispuesto por el artículo 185 del Código Judicial.
