Para las vacaciones de los empleados y obreros independientes de cada obra no se necesita resolución especial para su pago hasta acompañar al comprobante la certificación del Jefe de la obra, en que conste el periodo al cual se refiere. Para los empleados nombrados por Decreto, el Ministerio dictara la correspondiente resolución.
