Vigencia y derogatorias. De conformidad con el numeral 5 del artículo 9° de la Decisión Andina 562, el reglamento técnico que se establece con el presente decreto, empezará a regir a los doce (12) meses siguientes contados a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga los Decretos números 3192 de 1983, 761 de 1993, 365 de 1994 y 2311 de 1996.
